After a long break I returned to music in the midst of university. I strived to create a unique, more cohesive sound, inspired by the epic buildups of post-rock and the raw power of metal and hardcore.
By accompanying synths with more organic instruments such as the mandolin, bass and piano, a much more varied tone could be achieved while retaining a core sound.
I tried to create a very unsettling, dark atmosphere. The 'something isn't quite right' feeling that settles into back of your head at night.
